Sexy Sports Bra

WHAT FITS A SPORTS BRA?

More than 90% of women wear the wrong size sports bra. With a simple bra fit guide, we can help you find the perfect fit.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZE BRA

A poorly fitting sports bra can be unhelpful and uncomfortable. You must first know the correct size of your everyday bra to find the perfect sports bra.

According to studies, 90% of women don’t wear the correct size bra. You don’t even need tape to measure your bra size. To check the fit of your cups and band, you need a regular bra and a mirror. This is how you can check if your sports bra fits properly.

FIRST, CHECK IF THE BAND FITS.

Your band most likely provides your sports bra’s support. The correct size band will fit your body if it is snug but not too tight.

If the band gets into your back, it can cause damage and make you uncomfortable. If the band rides up to your back, it is too loose and doesn’t provide enough support.

NEXT: CHECK YOUR STRAPS.

Your straps should be comfortable on your shoulder, not slip or dig in. Your band provides support. Your straps hold the bra cups in place.

Straps that are too tight can dig into your skin, leaving marks. Two fingers should be sufficient to slip between the strap and your shoulder for a perfect fit.

CHECK THE FIT OF YOUR CUPS.

Your cup size should be perfect if the cups fit snugly around your breasts with no gaps or overflow.

If there is excess water at the sides or top, it could indicate that the cup size may be too small. Your cup size may be too big if your breasts are large enough to fit in the cups.

THE RIGHT SUPPORT FOR YOU

It cannot be easy to find the perfect sports bra that fits you well and provides enough support for your workout. To find the perfect sports bra for you, consider your body size and how intense you train. There are three styles of new Adidas bras: lightmedium, and high-support. Each design provides different levels and impacts for running, training, and studio activities. Read our support level guides to learn more about each bra design.

FIND YOUR SIZE

You can measure yourself with a flexible tape to increase your confidence in selecting the right size. You should measure as close as possible to your skin without wearing a bra.

1. Measure your cup size by placing the measuring tape on your back, across the fullest part of your bust, and then across your nipple. Make sure the tape is straight. The tape should fit snugly while allowing you to take deep, comfortable breaths. This measurement should be taken into account

2. Measure your band by wrapping the measuring tape around your back and under your bust. Measurement tape should be flat against your body, not on your breast tissue. To achieve this, you may have to lift your breasts. It should fit snugly while still allowing for a deep, comfortable breath. This measurement is important.

3. Finally, compare these measurements with our size chart to determine the correct size sports bra. You can also use the bra finder to see a custom selection of bras.
